Our new job board has several enhancements designed to make it easier for employers and job seekers to connect:
Employers can:
- Create listings for immediate publication on the job board.
- Upload your company logo to accompany your listings.
- Include a job description and other relevant job details.
- Manage applications and get notified when someone applies.
- Browse resumes uploaded by job seekers.
- Feature your job posting for greater visibility.
- Email your job to LSHRM members.
Job seekers can:
- Search for jobs by keyword or location
- Apply for jobs directly on the site.
- Upload resumes into the job seeker database.
- Receive job alerts directly in your email.
CAREER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CAP):
Job seekers needing career assistance such as resume and cover letter reviews, career coaching, interview practice, or LinkedIn advice, contact one of our career experts. This is a member benefit, free of charge.
