ABOUT THE WORKSHOP FACILITATOR:

Erin Mires, PhD, is the owner of ECM Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in organization and learning development. Erin has a doctorate in organizational development and leadership from the University of the Rockies and has developed numerous workshops and learning programs for international organizations. She is an adjunct faculty member of Organizational Leadership and Learning at the University of Louisville and of Business Communication at Spalding University. Erin is also an Air Force veteran having served as a Personnel Officer before moving to Louisville, KY.
