LSHRM Career Advancement Program - Session #2

Susan Rademaker is a Director of Talent Acquisition for BrightSpring Health Services Community Living line of business.  Her team strategically sources and identifies top talent to help individuals with complex care needs to live their best life.   Prior to her BrightSpring Health Services venture, which began in August 2019, she built her career with HCA Healthcare for 20 years, where she progressed from operations to Human Resources.  She began her HR career as an HR coordinator, then Generalist and Manager, before transitioning into a Director of Recruitment for HCA.  Susan completed her Bachelors in Communication with Murray State University, is in progress with her Masters in Organizational Development, and is PHR and SHRM-CP certified.  Professionally, her passion is aligning people, commUNITY, and results to organizational goals.  She is here today because she believes in investing in the people of our commUNITY.

 

Personally, Susan’s passion is a local nonprofit organization founded by her family, called Heart of Chance Toy Chest, Inc.  Heart of Chance Toy Chest’s mission is to honor God’s command to love one another, by bringing joy to children, as they journey through their medical battles.
