I. Through Candace Green’s presentation you will learn how to create a media plan to find the most effective media outlets to reach your highest performing customers.
II. David Sermersheim will be discussing the importance of self-awareness in the leadership role. He’ll share his experiences, both positive and not-so-positive, that have helped him to make self-awareness a key component of the leadership – team relationship. Attendees will learn 3 critical components of self-awareness, and how to implement those components when dealing with direct reports and co-workers alike.
Candace Green is a media marketing consultant with over 20 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. She has extensive experience at a Top10 full-service advertising agency in Louisville and most recently in the sales/research department at the Louisville NBC Affiliate Television Station.
She has worked with hundreds of businesses in many categories her passion is finding the most effective media/marketing outlets for their highest valued customers.
David Sermersheim has spent his career in sales and management, providing solutions to a who’s-who list of businesses throughout Kentucky and Indiana. David provided cutting edge technology solutions in his role in sales for BellSouth, SBC and AT&T. He currently manages a team of fusion experts for ISCO, the homegrown piping solutions company. The team he leads travels throughout the US and Canada to provide expertise to ISCO’s customers. David speaks on the importance of purpose in the workplace - or to be specific – Why We Do What We Do. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and serves as a board member for the KY Chapter of NSA. He’s a member of the Peace speakers Toastmasters Club and is currently serving in the Immediate Past President role.
