Program Details

The modern workplace is defined by rapid change, incessant stressors, and shifting
resources. Often, finite time, money, and energy put senior stakeholders (such as COOs, Business Development, VPs, legal, logisticians, etc.) in competition with one another.

Effective organizations are usually proficient in orienting the leadership team around
unifying objectives that don’t divide but synergize the efforts of the senior team.
In this presentation, I’ll explore the tension between competing demands within the
organization and how HR professionals can improve their ability to make their voices
heard on the front end of decisions, not after the fact.

Registrants will learn:
1. The physiological phenomena that shape our perceptions to workplace issues
2. The psychological variables that shape our responses to everyday challenges
3. How to improve self- and social awareness in leadership dynamics
4. How to employ different leadership styles for maximum effectiveness
5. How to foster consensus around strategic HR goals that align with the greater mission
